
Joseph Saka is a Founding Partner and Shareholder of Saka Bryant, P.A., where he represents homeowners, business owners, and others who suffered residential or commercial property damage in claims against their insurance companies. Throughout his career as a property damage lawyer, he has successfully recovered millions of dollars in damages on behalf of claimants in denied or undervalued property damage claims.
A native of Miami Beach, Florida, Mr. Saka earned his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law. Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014 he has focused his practice on civil litigation.
Mr. Saka began his legal career representing insurers in personal injury and personal injury protection claims, where he gained considerable litigation and trial experience. As a Partner with another Florida law firm, he worked as a property damage lawyer, representing homeowners, business owners, contractors, roofers, and commercial property owners and associations.
Mr. Saka co-founded Saka Bryant in 2022 and has dedicated his career to providing superior legal representation to homeowners, business owners, contractors, and others who have suffered residential or commercial property damage.
