Joseph Saka is a Co-Founder and Shareholder of Saka Bryant, P.A. Originally from Miami Beach, Florida, Joseph Saka obtained his bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University College of Law.  Since being admitted to the Florida Bar in 2014, Mr. Saka has focused his legal career on civil litigation.  During his first four years of practice, Mr. Saka represented insurers in personal injury and personal injury protection, with a focus on first-party property insurance claims.  After gaining trial experience, Mr. Saka then used his training, skill, and expertise to represent homeowners, business owners, contractors, roofers, and commercial property owners/associations as a Partner of a prior plaintiff firm.  During his time as an attorney representing plaintiffs, Mr. Saka has successfully recovered millions in damages for wrongfully denied or undervalued property claims.  In addition to all Florida state courts, Mr. Saka is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.

Kevin C. Bryant is a Co-Founder and Shareholder of Saka Bryant, P.A. He is a South Florida native, born and raised in Homestead, Florida. He holds a B.S. in Communication from Florida Gulf Coast University, where he was a pitcher on the NCAA Division-1 baseball team. Mr. Bryant then went on to receive his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami. Prior to founding Saka Bryant, Mr. Bryant gained invaluable appellate and litigation experience as counsel for both plaintiffs and defendants in contractual disputes, real estate law, complex business litigation matters, and first-party property cases. He now focuses his practice primarily on property damage claims on behalf of Homeowner’s Associations, Condominium Associations, homeowners, and business owners throughout Florida. His legal acumen and effective litigation strategies have proudly led to the recovery of millions of dollars for his clients, helping them to restore their homes and businesses in times of need. Mr. Bryant is admitted to the Florida Bar and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida.
